Beautiful two floor house (150qm each) with 2 bedrooms and big garden at the edge of a village. Relaxing backyard terrace close to the swimming pool. Both floors fully equipped.
Location and neighbourhood
This private house is located around 20 minutes by car north of Ubud in the Payangan area. You will reach it on an asphalt road after passing a little canyon. It’s built at the edge of a Balinese village with local neighbours to the right. The house is surrounded with a decent wall and an entrance gate to guarantee your privacy. You feel hungry or want to do some purchases? Payangan night market is only 15 minutes to walk away and you will find a lot of shops, warungs and facilities nearby. Only a few minutes and you have a walk along the luscious rice fields and it’s also an excellent home base for your excursions around Bali.
Construction and layout
When arriving, you can park your cars in the open double-garage. Either you use the little door from garage to enter the living room directly or you welcome your friends and guests at the lobby area behind the main entrance.
The house contains 2 floors, each around 150m², built on about 500m² of land. At the ground floor you will find a fully equipped facility with large living room, big open kitchen with dining area. There are also two bedrooms and a little lavatory with washing machine. The bathroom with shower is reachable from two sides and next to the living room is a guest restroom. Ceiling fan in every room. A big terrace on the backyard is close to the private swimming pool and has a lush garden view. The little Gazebo at the pool and the beautiful garden - in the back or in the front - invites you to enjoy your private quality time during the stay.
You are looking for a contemplative place for your morning Yoga session or your Qi Gong practicing? You will find it at the open terrace at the second floor with a wonderful view into the jungle around.
Services
We would be pleased to arrange your airport transfers, car rental or excursions. A breakfast service is also available. Please don’t hesitate to ask your staff who will welcome you at arrival. The house is cleaned every day, except for the days of Balinese ceremony or upon request. Due to environmental reasons linen is changed every three days but for sure you can ask for daily service. It is entirely your choice. A gardener does the gardening and pool maintenance every three days. Cable TV and Internet on demand possible.
